National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) has published a recruitment notification for the post of Engineering Executive Trainee (EET) through GATE 2021. - Electronics and Instrumentation: 56 Posts (UR - 22, EWS - 06, OBC - 15, SC - 09, ST - 04)
Educational Qualification and Eligible Discipline: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with not less than 65% marks, as per respective Institute/University norms. Final year/semester students are also eligible to apply, subject to obtaining at least 65% marks in engineering degree (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). A candidate with the prescribed degree identified for the disciplines as given below can only apply for the post of Engineering Executive Trainee (EET) in the respective discipline:
- Engineering Executive Trainee (Electrical): Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation & Control / Power System & High Voltage / Power Electronics / Power Engineering

- Engineering Executive Trainee (Electronics): Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Power / Power Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical and Electronics
- Engineering Executive Trainee (Instrumentation): Electrical & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics, Instrumentation & Control
Age Limit: Upper age limit for General/EWS is 27 years on the last date of online application.
